Take the free buses!

• Buses between your Disney Hotel (except Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch), the Disney Parks and the Disney Village
• Buses daily 'till late at night
• A regular, totally free service

Staying at one of our seven hotels offers you two Extra Magic Hours in the parks most mornings. But even if you choose to stay elsewhere you'll receive:
- Hopper tickets to both parks if you have reserved them. These let you come and go between Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park throughout the day
- Disney® Parks and Disney® Village maps, complete with smart tips, to make the most of your visit
- Vouchers for the options you may have reserved (meal vouchers, meals with Disney® characters, dinner shows, excursions, etc)
If you're staying in a Disney Hotel:
* On the day of your arrival, your room is available from 3pm.
* On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11am (ask at reception for the Express Checkout Service).         
* There's a special counter to store your luggage in your hotel if you wish to spend one last day in the Parks (this service is not available at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch).

Your ID card is your key to freedom during your stay.

At the reception desk at your Disney Hotel, you'll receive your Disneyland Resort Paris® Identity Card, which gives you free access to:

    * The Disney Parks car park.
    * The pool and fitness club at your Disney Hotel (where applicable).     

This card also lets you put a wide variety of purchases (including restaurants*) directly on your Disney Hotel invoice.
* not available for all restaurants. Please ask the Concierge Desk at your hotel.

If you need any information or wish to make reservations for lunch, dinner, shows, excursions or a taxi, the Concierge Desk at your hotel is at your service.

You must pre-purchase the Half Board Meal Plans for the entire length of stay (based on the number of nights booked) and for the entire party (age 3 and up).

Just for kids: For the under 3's, a specially adapted menu is available at Table service restaurants. There is also a yummy children's menu for 3 to 11 year olds.

Smart tips - Baby Switch

Don't worry, we're not suggesting you switch your baby! Baby Switch allows parents to go on rides that are inaccessible to tots without any hassle. One parent takes baby while the other goes on the ride and then they switch - without queuing again. Now that's magic! For more information, ask a Cast Member (Disney employee) at the entrance to the attraction concerned.

Park Guides are available at the entrance to each Park, as well as at City Hall in Disneyland® Park and at Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios® Park. They will be your guide throughout your stay.

Depending on the hotel you're staying at, you could enjoy the pool, fitness room, golf course (special rates), skating rink and tennis court. Don't worry you can hire tennis rackets, balls, golf clubs and ice-skates.

Driving to Disneyland® Resort Paris is a breeze! 
From the United Kingdom, all channel crossings have easy access to the French motorway network. Disneyland Resort Paris is ideally situated within easy reach of major International Motorway networks. Take the motorway A4 straight to the Resort!

· From Paris: 
On the Périphérique, at the "Porte de Bercy" exit (south east of Paris), follow "Metz / Nancy" on the A4 motorway. To reach Disneyland® Park and the Disneyland® Resort Paris hotels, take exit 14, "Val d'Europe, Parc Disneyland®". 
To go to the Davy Crockett Ranch®, take exit 13, "Provins / Serris".

· From Roissy / Charles-de-Gaulle Airport: 
Leave the airport following the signs for "Marne La Vallée" until you come to the A104 ("La Francilienne"). After about 27 kilometres, leave the A104 for the A4, following "Metz / Nancy". Exit 13 is 9 kilometres further on, and exit 14, 12 kilometres. 

· From Orly Airport: 
When you leave the airport, head for "Paris" and follow the signs for "Créteil" on the A86. After 11 kilometres, join the A4, heading for "Metz / Nancy". Exit 13 is 27 kilometres further on, and exit 14, 30 kilometres.

Visitor Parking for guests NOT staying in the Disney Hotels, or the hotels mentioned above, is available within a few minutes walk of the Disney Parks® entrance (paying service), and also at the entrance of the Disney Village complex (paying service).
